Our mission is to reach out and help as many at risk young people as we can to stay in school and graduate. We want to ensure these boys obtain meaningful careers through college education, trade schools and/or apprenticeships.  By addressing this critical issue of the dropout rate and unemployment we hope to assist in the reduction of crime in our communities, reduce the pipeline into prison, and reduce the disconnect between fathers and families.
